SARAH BURROWS

My passion for interior design started at home and I've now proudly designed and renovated 5 properties top to bottom, inside and out.  I'm skilled at working with architects & tradesmen, project management, sourcing materials and I've previously founded my own online furniture business.

My design style mixes old and new ; always trying to use and restore original features but adding a modern twist.  I like spaces to be open planned, to maximise light and to blend indoors with outdoors.  I use alot of natural materials in my projects: wood, glass, wicker, granite, leather, stone alongside soft color pallette. 

 

I have 4 children and a collaborative husband and design around the practicalities of busy family lives.  My family have all lived through my residential projects and understand the hard work, attention to detail and ultimate reward of designing something beautiful.

 

I have traveled to over 45 countries providing me with an international perspective and I love visiting countries that inspire my work and creativity.  My design style pulls more towards Scandinavian simplicty and mid century practicality but I enjoy working with all types of projects.
